Power off the device and then, on the back of the device, take off the back cover and remove the battery
Remove the old SIM card and insert the new one into the device with the rounded edge matching the image
Place the battery back in as it was and put the cover on
Power the device on and perform a Factory Reset (click the link for instructions).
